Terms and Conditions
Welcome to [Anime Apparel Shop Name]. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website, services, and products. By accessing or using our website and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1.1 Acceptance of Terms: By accessing and using our website, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and any additional terms and conditions that may apply to specific sections of the website or to products and services available through the website. We will not be liable if for any reasons the website is unavailable at any time or for any period. We reserve the right to restrict access to some or all parts of the website from time to time.
1.2 Modification of Terms: We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to ensure that you read and agrees to the Terms and Conditions. Your continued use of the website following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

2. Products and Orders
2.1 Product Descriptions: We strive to ensure that we are providing accurate descriptions of our products. If a product offered by us is not as described due to unintentional error, please contact us to discuss the matter.
2.2 Pricing: All prices are listed in GBP and are subject to change without notice.
2.3 Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reasons. Receipt/email of an order confirmation will be sent to your provided email address, including the item description of the product/s and total amount that you paid for your order.

3. Pre-orders
3.1 Duration of pre-order items runs for a month. This includes item that has a "Pre-order" on its item description
3.2 Pre-order items are paid in full upon placing an order
3.3 Upon receiving your payment, all items pre-ordered will be processed at the end of the pre-order period. An estimated date of arrival can be found on the item description.

4. Payment and Billing
4.1 Payment Methods: We accept [list of payment methods]. By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use any payment method(s) provided. If for any reasons that we think that you do not have the legal right to use the payment you provided, or any signs of fraud, we do have the right to cancel your order.
4.2 Order Processing: Once we confirmed that we have received your payment, we can then start to process your order. (this is for items that are currently in stock. This does NOT apply for pre-order items, please Section 3 for more information.)
4.3 Billing Information: You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and payment details, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

5. Changes and cancellations
5.1 Pre-orders can be changed or cancelled within 7 days of placing your order or until the end of preorder period, whichever is shorter.
5.2 In stock items: changes and/or cancellations must be requested as soon as possible, within 7 days of placing your order or until order is processed, whichever is shorter.
ONCE YOUR ORDER IS PROCESSED / STARTED PRODUCTION / DISPATCHED WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO ACCEPT CHANGES OR CANCELLATION REQUESTS AND YOU WILL NEED TO PLACE ANOTHER ORDER FOR THE ITEM THAT YOU WANT.

6. Shipping and Delivery
6.1 Shipping Policy: We will ship products to the address you provide. We are not responsible for any issues that may occur due to the errors from your end when providing the delivery address.
6.2 Delivery: We do our best to provide you accurate delivery timeframe. However, delivery dates are estimated and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delivery delays due to carrier issues, customs delays, or any other circumstances beyond our control. ie: natural disasters, war, etc.
6.3 Delivery costs will be charged in addition and will be paid by you; unless otherwise stated by us during sale and/or promotions. Such additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the ‘Total Cost’.
6.4 If you pre-order items with the same estimated delivery date, we can combine the shipping for you. To do so, please place a separate order for the item you wish to add to your existing order. Then, email us the order numbers, and we will combine them and issue a refund or partial refund for the postage. Please note that international customers will not receive a full postage refund, as shipping costs are based on weight, and adding items increases the weight and shipping price.
6.5 If you place an order that includes multiple products and one of them is a pre-order, the entire order will be held until all items are ready and available. We highly recommend that customers order pre-order items separately from in-stock items so that you can receive the available products as soon as possible.

7. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
7.1 Returns: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the purchase in its original condition, with tags & packaging within 14 days of purchase or 7 days after receiving the item at your own cost. Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, in resalable condition (for example, your return must not smell of cigarette smoke, or does not smell from pets),and in the same condition that you received them. Certain items are non-returnable, including the following
a. gift cards
b. In person event purchases
c. Sale period items (sale items under special discounts or promotions, discounts from events such as ie. Black Friday, Clearance sales, Summer Sale, May Sale, Boxing day Sale, Exclusive products released during these events are not eligible for refund.
d. all mystery products
7.2 Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days. We reserve the right not to refund you if you return items to us outside the terms of our Return Policy. We only accept genuinely faulty goods. We are not responsible for acceptable general wear and tear or damage such as shinkages during the washing process. Faults do not include stains on garment which are caused by customer actions. Any damaged item return to us due to a fault of your own will not be eligible to an exchage/refund. All products are quality control tested and checked before being dispatched. It's rare theat one slips past us.
7.3 Exchanges: We understand that soometimes it is hard to guess your size over the internet. This is not a problem as we are happy to accept exchanges on all eligible garments as long as this is within our Returns timeframe. (see Returns section for information regarding eligible garments & timeframes.

All additional fees that are required to be paid from returns, refunds & exchanges is our customer's responsibility to pay. It is highly advised that when you send an item back to us, you do this via a recorded/tracked delivery. This is to ensure that your items reaches us safely and if does get lost it can be traced and we can process your refund/exchange. However, if you do decide to use a standard/non-traceable service, we cannot be held responsible for your lost/damaged order, therefore we do have the right to refuse to process your return/refunds/exchange request.

8. Disclaimer
Unless explicitly stated in the Contract, all individuals (including their names and images), third-party trademarks, and images of third-party products, services, and/or locations featured on this website are not associated, linked, or affiliated with (name of shop) you should not assume any such connection or affiliation. Our website and products are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

9.Indemnity
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless (AniCulture) along with its directors, officers, employees, consultants, agents, and affiliates, against any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, and all third-party claims, liabilities, damages, and/or costs (including, but not limited to, legal fees) resulting from your use of this Website, or products, or your violation of the Terms of Service.
